Return and Exchange Policy

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are completely unused and in their original condition, including all packaging, components, and accessories. The customer shall bear the shipping and packaging costs if the original packaging has been opened (fees are determined based on the product type).
• Products can be returned or exchanged if they do not match the specifications mentioned on the website, or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired or replaced.
• The right to return or exchange is void if defects result from misuse.
• Bedrooms, dining rooms, and their components, as well as all products requiring assembly or custom-made products manufactured upon client request—including but not limited to: kitchens, curtains, beds, sideboards, and mattresses—are non-returnable. These items can only be exchanged in cases of irreparable manufacturing defects, based on a report from the Quality Department issued within a maximum of 7 working days from the date the returned product is received from the customer.

Refund Policy

• The refund process begins once the returned product has undergone a quality inspection and is accepted. The quality inspection takes a maximum of 7 working days from the date Kabbani Furniture receives the returned item. Upon completion, the customer will be notified of the result via email, SMS, or a phone call.
• Refunds are processed using the same original payment method: cash for cash payments, or bank transfer for bank transfers.
• For cash purchases, the refund will be issued within 2 working days from the date the quality inspection report is issued.
• For credit card (Visa/Mastercard) purchases, the refund will be issued within 14 working days from the date the quality inspection report is issued, via bank transfer to the same account used by the customer.
