Contract and Cancellation Terms

  • A minimum down payment of 10% of the contract value is required, with the remaining balance to be paid 6 days prior to delivery.
  • Quoted prices are valid for 30 days only from the contract date; the contract is considered void after this period.
  • The maximum reservation period for custom-made (Special) products is 30 days, with full payment required to commence production.
  • The reservation period for “Special” Outdoor products is 30 days, with full payment required to commence production.
  • Initial delivery and installation are free of charge. Any subsequent requests for disassembly, packaging, or re-installation will incur additional costs.
  • For expedited delivery within 24 hours (VIP Service), an additional fee of 10% of the total contract value will be applied.
  • Exchanges and returns are governed by Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018:
  • Within 14 days if the product is in its original condition and unused.
  • Within 30 days if the product has a defect.
  • Contract cancellation is free if requested within 14 days of the contract date, and the paid amount will be fully refunded. If this period is exceeded, 10% of the total contract value will be deducted as administrative fees. In case of exchange or return after delivery (provided the item is in factory packaging), shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Refunds for cash payments are processed 48 hours after the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Cash, Visa, etc.) and only from the same branch where the contract was initiated.
  • Custom-made products manufactured specifically for the client cannot be canceled or exchanged. If the client insists on cancellation, 25% of the product value will be deducted as manufacturing costs.
Important Note: The contract request is considered void, and the client loses the right to claim a refund or receive any goods after one year from the contract date.
  • Special conditions for contracting under the installment system: :
The contract cannot be canceled after the funding entity’s approval has been issued or the withdrawal process has been executed.
