Shipping Policy

• Delivery time begins from the day the order is placed until the first delivery attempt is made; duration may vary based on product nature and installation requirements.
• Products are delivered within 6 working days from the order date. If the customer requests an expedited delivery in a shorter period, an additional fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied.
• Working days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official public holidays.
• Delivery and installation are available across all governorates of the Republic.
• Delivery up to the 4th floor is free of charge, provided the staircase is suitable for moving the products. For higher floors or if the staircase is unsuitable for moving the products, additional fees will be applied according to the following rates:
• The fee for the first item is 3,000 EGP.
• For each additional item (Sofa, Sectional/Corner Sofa, Bedroom, or Mattress), an additional fee of 800 EGP will be applied.
• No additional fees are applied for miscellaneous items such as:
Coffee tables, TV units, side tables, shoe cabinets, lighting products, and home textiles/furnishings.

Free Delivery & Installation in the following areas:

Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, Alexandria, North Coast, Ain Sokhna, Zagazig, Gharbia, Monufia, Faiyum, Beni Suef, Minya, Assiut, and Sohag.

• Sharm El-Sheikh: 17,000 EGP
• Dahab: 17,500 EGP
• Taba: 18,000 EGP
• Canal Cities (Port Said – Ismailia – Suez): 6,000 EGP
• Kafr El-Sheikh – Damietta: 6,000 EGP
• Beheira: 4,600 EGP
