Terms and conditions

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
• Warranty Period (Starting from the date of receipt):
• A- Bedrooms and Dining Rooms: 5 Years.
• B- Sofas, Sectionals, Classic Salons, Recliners, Sofa Beds, Shoe Cabinets, Tables, and TV Units: 3 Years.
• C- Outdoor Furniture and Lighting: 1 Year.
• The warranty is void if the product is disassembled, packed, or re-installed by any party other than the company.
• The warranty does not cover leather, fabric, glass, marble, LED lights in bedrooms/dining rooms, or outdoor furniture cushions (Please follow outdoor product care instructions).
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse.
• The warranty does not apply to products used in commercial facilities, offices, or clinics.
• Products cannot be returned unless they are in their original delivery condition (Factory Packaging).
• The warranty does not cover accessories and handles.
• The warranty does not cover all types of fabrics and leathers.

Warranty period

• Kitchens and dressing: 5 years
• Living room / salon / corner sofa / recliner: 5 years
• Dining / master bedroom / youth bedroom: 10 years natural wood
• Wardrobes / TV units / coffee tables: 3 years manufactured wood
• Foam upholstery products: 2 years against sinking
• Recliner mechanism: 1 year only against manufacturing defects

Warranty Certificate

10-Year Warranty Certificate received by the customer upon product delivery
