The company&#8217;s responsibility is limited to delivering the product in its factory condition; the company may assist in arranging a hoist without any technical or financial liability regardless of the circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Receipt of Products from Fayed Home Furniture and Kitchens<\/h3>\n<p>At &#8220;Fayed&#8221;, we believe that trust is the foundation of every successful design. Because we adhere to the highest standards of precision in execution, we rely on the &#8220;Receipt of Delivery&#8221; system to serve as the legal reference that guarantees you receive your full entitlement as contracted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Receipt Documentation: Upon the arrival of the product at your home, a &#8220;Receipt of Delivery&#8221; is signed in two original copies (one for the customer and the other for the company).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Quality Acknowledgment: This receipt serves as official proof that you have received all the details and specifications agreed upon, and that the product is in perfect factory condition without any damages or deficiencies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Warranty Activation: The &#8220;Receipt of Delivery&#8221; is handed over alongside the official &#8220;Warranty Certificate&#8221; at the moment of delivery, initiating the protection period for your product (which lasts up to 5 years for bedrooms and dining
